Beautiful Illustrated Quotations: 3 Joy Quotes: How Does Practicing JOY Bring Order and Harmony Into Your Life? Also, Joy Contagious Lip-Syncing Cop Viral Video: From Denny:  Have you ever noticed that when you are filled with Joy that your whole world is suddenly harmonious and everything just falls into place?  Joy is contagious too.  When you feel good, everyone around you feels good too!

While not everyone is called to enter into the decades long rigorous training to become a mystic for the benefit of humanity, a lot can be learned and practiced in everyday life to better enjoy life's journey.  Practicing Joy is practicing healthy spirituality, regardless of religion or no specific religious preferences at all.

Joy is a central principle for the human spirit.  Joy sustains us through life's sorrows   and disappointments.  Joy acts as a counter balance while climbing out of depression or grief, dealing with past trauma and the ensuing PTSD, keeping us from sinking down further into negative emotions and thoughts.  Joy is important to safeguard not just our mental, emotional and spiritual health but it has a direct positive benefit upon our physical health too.

Adults often develop habits that steer away from Joy.  Babies laugh hundreds of times a day.  How much have you laughed out loud today?  How much have you laughed in the past month?  Do you find your world crumbling around you, feeling out of sorts and grumpy, thinking limiting thoughts, focused upon how little is going your way? ... read more

Poems From A Spiritual Heart: Legacy of Love

Cosmic consciousness by h.koppdelaney @ flickr

Poems From A Spiritual Heart: Legacy of Love: From Denny:   ... Mentoring others is important no matter what stage you are living in your life. You can be young or old. You can teach the young, those older, those your same age. Teach what you know and share your life experiences. You never know who you will inspire. And, as you teach, you learn from them too. Never feel what you know is not important enough to share. Never be too proud to receive knowledge from others eager to share what they have just learned or figured out. For today's shared knowledge just might answer tomorrow's problems - for them and for you. Mentoring: it's a fair exchange, don't you think? :)

Best Spiritual Posts: Music: The First Noel By Jackie Evancho

O Holy Night (Jackie Evancho album)

Best Spiritual Posts: Music: The First Noel By Jackie Evancho: From Denny: The mature pure talent coming out of this little girl is astonishing. A beautiful voice matched well with this beautiful traditional Christmas song. It's as if you are hearing this old standard for the first time.

The second video is her first audition on America's Got Talent where she swept away the judges. Jackie began singing at age eight when her parents took her to see the Phantom of The Opera. It inspired her so much she began singing around the house. At age ten she auditioned on America's Got Talent - and the rest is history.

Beautiful Illustrated Quotations: Mothers Day Quotes: Rose Kennedy

Beautiful Illustrated Quotations: Mothers Day Quotes: Rose Kennedy: "From Denny: When you are looking for inspiration in tough times and wondering how to get through the trials of being a mother, look no further than to Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. Her life often played out like an intense soap opera. She experienced the deaths of several of her children before their time, of which two were political assassinations. She lost her first son to war. Her husband cheated on her and yet she remained committed to the marriage.

Rose Kennedy was one tough lady you could not help but admire. She looked at her children as powerhouses that would influence others and change the world. And change the world they did. One even became president: John F. Kennedy.

No matter how dark times looked she looked up to God and kept her faith. She also kept her great sense of humor for she was a very intelligent woman greatly interested in social issues. She believed in a life of public service and remained steadfast in her beliefs and her commitments to others until the day she left this earth."

Video: Team Hoyt as the Most Inspirational People on the Planet!

From Denny: Thanks to tweetmoola @ Twitter for bringing this fabulous video to my attention. If ever you needed something to make your day this video is it. This is love in action and just plants you firmly in the awe-inspired corner of your life.

Team Hoyt is a father and son team who run races together everywhere and have for decades. The son, Rick, has severe cerebral palsy and cannot speak except through a machine. His father carries, tows, pushes him in a wheelchair uphill for Iron Man Triathelons, road races and more. One word: unbelievable.

These races are tough enough just for yourself but to carry, tow or push an additional dead weight of 110 pounds is clearly a miracle of God given strength and endurance. Watch it all the way to the end to see the clips of the father's incredible feats of strength from someone who was never an athlete when he started doing this act of love for his son. Now that's inspirational! Pass this video forward to others to be inspired when they need it.

Creative Inspiration for Writers and Artists

Creative Inspiration for Writers and Artists - "Where do you find your energy? Is it from nature, work, friends, prayer, routine, discord, arguments, love, money? Where is your joy? If you feel stuck in a dead-end job or a dead-end relationship, look beyond.

Our lives are lived for tiny moments of recognition. We may recognize the story of our life from a photograph, a movie, a novel, a poem, a song, a symphony, a painting, or a child. Allow this recognition to connect you for a short time to your story on this blue and green rock.

We will not make an impression beyond our small window of existence. We will not change the relentless path of destruction and creation that is our nature. We will not see the far corners of our rock beyond our cubicle and kitchen. Our story will remain."

By Cailin Gallagher @ HubPages

From Denny: This article on finding inspiration for your creativity is a completely different take. This writer encourages you to dig deeper and "pull from within."
