From Denny: For women, taking The Pill for avoiding "the baby bump" has had its ups and downs over the decades. The latest downer is that taking the pill, well, can make you fitness flabby. Apparently, the pill lowers that happy male hormone, testosterone, that makes it possible for us to build muscle easily. It is possible to get fit and stay fit while taking the pill, however, you are going to have to work at it a lot harder than if you were off the pill.
