From Denny: Here's a video I missed though I've long known the benefits of drinking coffee for the heart. Did you know that drinking both coffee AND tea throughout the day actually builds your bone density? Good for all of us to know!

What is important is to know your ability to process both good and bad stress. The reporter went through some stress tests, both physical and mental, to test herself.
