Have you ever really thought about how you can make your beauty routine tasty with great healthy foods? You win on both fronts.
Take a look at what Kimberly Synder offers up to include in your diet so you can look good while you eat well too.
* Cabbage - vitamin C brightens skin and repairs damaged skin and heals collagen. Has more vitamin C than oranges. How much to eat? Try a few servings a week. You can add some shredded cabbage to your salads or saute it with spices as a side dish.
* Sunflower seeds - are high in vitamin E and prevent cellular damage. Helps with maintenance, growth and repair of tissues and delays aging. While we enjoy the roasted seeds, it's the raw ones that give the full beauty benefit.
* Avocado - high in vitamin E and heart healthy fat that keeps you satisfied and moisturizes your skin from the inside out. Prevents fatigue, anxiety and depression. This fat feeds your brain and stimulates healthy functioning. This fat helps us absorb the fat soluble vitamins like A and D.

Poll: Over Half Of Americans Want Pot Legalized?
From Denny: The controversy of legalizing marijuana has raged for decades. Cancer and eye patients have long championed the legalization for medical use.
Americans now approve of legalization by 50 percent to those opposed as 47 percent. This is the first time in polling history the numbers have been this strong for approval.
How do the numbers break down as far as sections of the country?
More men than women approve.
More Westerners than Easterners approve.
More young people than old approve.
"The times they are a'changing..."

Visual Insights: Dennys Photo Gallery: Awesome Quiet Landscapes by Adrians Art: From Denny: This week, while on one of my spectacular "visual vacations," I discovered this awesome photographer over at flickr. This photographer, Adrian Campfield, is based in the United Kingdom and has an incredible emotional connection to Nature's beauty. The early sunrise and sunset landscape photography is breathtaking, exuding a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility.
The commentary under the photos are all from the photographer. Be sure to visit this photographer's flickr pages by just clicking on the photograph!
Since he is a professional photographer you are in luck if you wish to purchase prints of any of these beauties, just click on over here: Adrian's Art. He is also a pastel, pencil and watercolor artist and includes examples of his work on the site. This is an awesome body of work taken from 2007 - 2011.
