Interesting news about good cholesterol. Did you know that a malfunctioning Thyroid gland can effect your cholesterol levels? (It usually raises bad cholesterol and lowers good) I wonder just how that will figure into these studies. You can eat the best diet in the world, but if your glands/hormones aren't working right, it won't matter. On the other hand, good nutrition helps just about any condition, so I am definitely for eating better. Thanks for the informative read!
